Year 11 Push-up Challenge
Year 11 push-up challenge is well underway. 3046 pushups in 21 days. Today it's 1736.
A recent study has suggested that restricting the use of screens for adolescents 1hr before bedtime increases sleep duration by 21 minutes per night - that's 147 minutes in a week. Not enough sleep can dull our positive emotions and make it more difficult to regulate our negative emotions resulting in a higher risk of developing depression later in life.
While we pushup for the coming weeks, we would dearly love for donations to our page, raising money for Headspace. We aim to raise $1000.
